About the Course
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the gold-standard treatment for depression and anxiety disorders. Participants will also learn and practice how to identify and address key thoughts and behaviours that maintain depression and anxiety disorders such as, lack of motivation, avoidance, unhelpful automatic thoughts, and unhelpful behaviours (e.g., alcohol and substance use).
